Machine Features:
DX-212 compression spring machine is a 2-axis equipment consisting of wire feeding Y axis and cam X axis. It adopts Taiwan controlling system and Japanese industrial servo motor, each motion from the machine are directed by its CNC center.

1. Full digital drive, film type button, Chinese and English display, convenient operation.
2. Cams adopt grinding process, with better smoothness.
3. Cam axis can act both clockwisely or counterclockwisely, wire feed length can be adjusted while machine operation.
4. Computer automatically detect and decelerate servo motor when it is overheating.
5. Production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine.
6. During the production process, capacity can be increased or decreased at any time, and the computer will be automatically    updated.
